HOW OUR PROGRAMS WORK

FROM REQUIREMENTS TO LOCATION, AND MORE.

Pre Event

We discuss with you and learn about what you’d like to achieve from the event, whether that be specific outcomes or just a great time together for your people. We’d done everything from integrate complex personality profile work and leadership principles through to pure celebrations, so you can rest assured that you’ll be in good hands

The Menu

If you’re looking for something tried and true, we have a delicious range of recipe driven options themed by a specific cuisines, or for a bit more variety, why not go for “Around The World On A Plate”, where you choose a selection of cuisines.

Alternatively, for an added challenge, you might like to go for a Mystery Box, where participants must rely upon their own ingenuity to come out with the menu from a selection of ingredients.

….or maybe you have something specific in mind?  No problem!  We can tailor a program to meet your needs.

Naturally, all of our menus can be adjusted to suit any dietary requirements your group might have.

The Locations

Unlike some other vendors, we use dedicated cooking venues. Decked out with everything you might need, this creates a professional cooking experience and gives participants far more scope to create some wonderful food. The novelty is also something they get a real kick out of!

The majority of venues we have access to are in the inner north of Melbourne.  We select one to best suit your needs, budget and distance from your office.

The Event

We aim to set up a fun and engaging atmosphere where participants can enjoy their time with each other whilst also having a bit of friendly competition, take on a challenge and get a great meal at the end of it.

As people arrive, we offer them a drink, have a bit of a chat and maybe a bit of an icebreaker to get things rolling. This is then followed by a briefing covering the challenge (plus how to win the prize), a safety and equipment briefing and any additional objectives you might want to imbed in the experience.  We then divide the group into teams of around 4-6 participants, send them off to their areas and let the fun begin as they slice, dice, poach, roast and fry their way to victory!

Throughout the event, our expert facilitators keep an eye on things to make sure everyone has the best chance of success.  That said, as much as possible, we try to get participants to find their own solutions as this is ultimately more rewarding.

Once cooking is finished, everyone is invited to relax and enjoy the delicious food they have prepared.

Post Event

Team Cuisine will send you recipes and photos from your event.  We’ll also post them on Team Cuisine’s Facebook page so you can brag to you friends about what a great team building day you had.
